Yolbi User Agreement

1. Introduction & Access

Welcome to Yolbi, your personal romance companion app designed to nurture and celebrate your romantic relationships. This User Agreement governs your use of the Yolbi mobile application and all its features, including but not limited to message generation, love card creation, compatibility testing, relationship tracking, and avatar customization.

By using Yolbi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. App Features & Usage Guidelines

Yolbi offers a suite of creative tools to enhance your romantic life. You may use these features in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Confession Messages: Generate personalized, heartfelt messages using custom styles and keywords. You retain full ownership of the messages you create, but you agree not to use this tool to generate harmful, offensive, or non-consensual content.
• Love Card Design: Create custom cards for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions using our template library. You may download and share these cards for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Compatibility Testing: Engage in fun games including name matching, zodiac compatibility, rapport quizzes, and success predictions. These results are for entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional advice.
• Relationship Tracking: Use the couple dashboard to count days together and set anniversary reminders. All data entered here is stored locally on your device unless you choose to back it up (if available).
• Couple Avatars: Design unique avatars with customizable frames and elements. You may use these avatars for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on social media.

3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

As a user of Yolbi, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner. You will not:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm other individuals, including through the creation of harmful messages or avatars.
• Generate or share content that is discriminatory, hateful, violent, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app's code, design, or functionality.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the app's servers or networks.
• Use the app for commercial purposes, including selling access, advertising, or monetizing any content created within Yolbi.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any individual or organization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in Yolbi, including but not limited to the app design, templates, graphics, text, and code, are owned by the Yolbi team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Yolbi without explicit written permission from the Yolbi team. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the app.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

Yolbi is provided "as is" and "as available" for your entertainment and personal use. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the app's features for any purpose.

• Compatibility test results are purely for fun and should not be considered a definitive measure of relationship success or compatibility.
• We are not responsible for any emotional distress, conflicts, or outcomes resulting from messages or content created using Yolbi.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Yolbi at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the app and delete any copies of content created within Yolbi that violate these terms.
